Are you interested in the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda? Then this is the perfect opportunity to deepen your understanding.

I offer a 4 module program. Consisting of 4 unique workshops, each going into a specific subject. You don’t need to have any Ayurvedic knowledge to participate in the workshops.

Each module takes about 3 to 3,5 hours, consisting of theory and practice. Read more about each module below.

If you follow the training and love to get an individual consult then you receive a discount of € 15,- and you pay only € 35,-

A consult takes 45-60 min and consists of an evaluation of the virkuti (disbalance) in the system. We will discuss your complaints and I will do a tongue- and polsdiagnosis.
Based on the consult you will receive advice to restore balance in your system. In case needed I will refer to an Ayurvedic doctor.



ayurveda-detox-afb.pngSpring is the ultimate season to clear your body from toxins. An Ayurvedic detox is not about green smoothies and loosing weight (though it can be an effect), but about eliminating, so called, ‘ama’ (toxic waste e.d. free radicals) from your body. To reset your system so that nutrients can be assimilated and absorbed properly. A good ‘agni’ (digestive fire) is essential in this process. In this workshop you will get to recognize the symptoms of ama in the body; you will learn to about tongue-diagnosis (a good indicator of ama!) and I give advice how to improve agni and eliminate ama using morning ritual, diet prescriptions, food combinations and timing.

After a short break will will move to the practical part of the workshop. You will learn about and experience the cleansing effect of certain asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques).

You will go home with tips and a safe three day detox-plan.
An absolute must for those who feel sluggish, foggy in their minds, have improper digestion, skin problems and wish to reset their bodies for summer to come!


Ayurveda & Rejuvenation afb
After you eliminated ama (toxic waste) from the system, it is time to nurture your body, so that you boost your immune system, restore your vitality and get that radiant, vibrant skin and hair back. Essentially you need to first eliminate ama, before you can work on rejuvenation and the other way around: after detoxification you should rejuvenate to nurture and restore the system.

‘Ojas’ is the central concept in Ayurveda when we look at vitality. The better you are able to create Ojas, the longer you will live and the healthier you will age. In this workshop I will explain the 7 steps in which Ojas is formated and how precious this substance is. You will learn what acts deplete Ojas and weaken your immune system and what acts will nourish Ojas. An important factor is diet, we will discuss the do’s and don’t and I will address some foods which are deeply nourishing and help to build and support Ojas even better.

Apart from diet there are other important ways to improve vitality. After the break we use yoga and pranayama (breahting exercises) that are nourishing for the whole system and can easily be practised at home.

You will go home with the best tips and practices that nurture your vitality.

Many people suffer from chronic stress and its effects on the whole system: a weakened digestion, imbalanced hormones, an overactive nervous system etc etc.

From Ayurvedic perspective stress indicates that there is an aggravation of the bio-energy (dosha) ‘Vata’ in the system. Vata is governed by the elements air and ether and is important for the proper functioning of the nervous system. An aggravated Vata causes an overactive nervous system: the restless feeling, the anxiety, the shallow breathing, the irritation and frustration….

Ayurveda has a special, but logical approach to stress. I can talk about this from my own experience. To counter the elements of air and ether in the system we need to bring the element of earth into the system. This will calm the nervous system and reduce stress. You will learn how you can do that using diet, daily routine, massage and which oils are beneficial for Vata aggravation. After the break we will do some simple but very effective yoga and breathing exercises that improve grounding and calming the mind.

I am very enthusiastic about this workshop since I can talk about it very well from my own experience. In 2015 I had a burn out and the insights I gained through Ayurveda have helped me tremendously to restore and find calmness.



My aim is to empower you also through Ayurveda! Therefore I give Ayurvedic nutritional advice. A consult costs € 49,- and takes about 60 minutes.

A consult consists of:

  • examination of your basic constitution (prakruti)
  • examination of your disbalance (vikruti): this consists of interview, polse and tongue diagnosis
  • examination of your current diet and lifestyle

After the consult you will receive a report containing specific Ayurvedic advice according to diet, lifestyle and physical (yoga) practice that can be beneficial.
